Sister restaurant of Shellfish Dashi Men Kitada.
We opened on February 15, 2025 as a restaurant specializing in Kamo Dashi Ramen. We will be very happy if all of our customers, including local residents, customers from KAIDASHI MENKITADA in front of Kyoto Station, and customers from overseas, will become longtime patrons of our restaurant, which has taken on the challenge of serving a new type of duck in Kyoto, a city with a dashi (Japanese soup stock) culture.
